GymsAdvisor Ltd – Gym Owner Agreement

1. Introduction

This Agreement governs gym owners or authorised representatives listing or claiming gyms on GymsAdvisor, operated by Physical Performance Training Systems.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be an authorised representative of the gym you are claiming or listing
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your gym

3. Gym Listing

By listing or claiming a gym:

  • You grant GymsAdvisor the right to display the gym information on the Platform
  • You confirm that you have the legal authority to manage the gym listing
  • All details remain accurate and up to date

4. Content You Provide

  • All photos, descriptions, and other materials you upload must not infringe third-party rights
  • Content must comply with UK law and GymsAdvisor policies
  • You grant GymsAdvisor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your submitted content

5. Gym Owner Responsibilities

You agree to

  • Respond to reviews professionally and respectfully
  • Update your gym listing promptly with any changes to services, opening hours, or contact information
  • Verify your ownership when requested by GymsAdvisor
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

6. Prohibited Actions

Gym Owners must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to alter data on the Platform
  • Breach any GymsAdvisor policies, including the User-Generated Content Policy

7. Moderation and Removal

GymsAdvisor reserves the right to:

  • Review, edit, or remove content that violates this Agreement or UK law
  • Suspend or remove gym listings at our discretion
  • Deny access to the Platform to users or owners in breach of this Agreement

8. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, logos, and software are owned by GymsAdvisor Ltd
  • Gym Owners retain ownership of their submitted content but grant GymsAdvisor a licence to use it as described above

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymsAdvisor Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the Platform
  • Inaccuracies or errors in gym listings or user-generated content
  • Interactions or disputes between Gym Owners and users

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement by deleting the gym listing or account
  • GymsAdvisor may suspend or remove your gym listing at any time for breach of this Agreement or other policies

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
