End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) – GymsAdvisor Ltd

1. Introduction

This EULA governs your use of the GymsAdvisor App, provided by GYMSADVISOR LTD.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Licence Grant

GymsAdvisor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

  • Download, install, and use the App on your personal device
  • Access the features and content provided by the App for personal, non-commercial use

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission

3. User Account

Certain features of the App require registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify GymsAdvisor immediately of any unauthorised use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this EULA or misuse the App.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Use the App in violation of applicable UK law
  • Interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the App
  • Submit content that violates GymsAdvisor policies, including theUser-Generated Content Policy
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by GYMSADVISOR LTD or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant GymsAdvisor a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use it as outlined in the User-Generated Content Policy.

6. Updates and Modifications

GymsAdvisor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App.

Updates may be automatically installed, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such updates.

We may modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features, without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymsAdvisor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability of content
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, GYMSADVISOR LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Any issues arising from the use or inability to use the App

9. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must:

  • Stop using the App
  • Delete all copies from your devices

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
