  • Any other material submitted through the Platform

4. Licensing of User Content

By posting User Content, you grant GymsAdvisor Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to:

  • Use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish your content on the Platform and in marketing materials
  • Modify or edit content for formatting or compliance purposes

You retain ownership of your content, but you agree to the above licence terms.

5. Content Moderation

GymsAdvisor reserves the right to:

  • Review, edit, remove, or refuse any User Content that violates this Policy or UK law
  • Suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly breach the Policy
  • Remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, or harmful to others

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Spam, advertising, or promotional material unrelated to gym experiences
  • Fake or fraudulent reviews intended to manipulate ratings
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Threats, harassment, or hate speech
  • Content promoting illegal activities or unsafe practices

7. Reporting Violations

Users can report content they believe violates this Policy by using the Report button on gym profiles or by contacting us via email.

We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

  • GYMSADVISOR LTD does not verify the accuracy of User Content before publication
  • Opinions expressed in reviews and comments are those of the users, not GymsAdvisor
  • Gym owners and users interact at their own risk; we are not responsible for disputes arising from User Content

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time.

All changes will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued submission of User Content after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
