This User-Generated Content Policy governs how content submitted by users is created, shared, moderated, and used on GymsAdvisor, operated by Physical Performance Training Systems.

User Content includes any material submitted through the Platform, such as gym reviews, ratings, comments, uploaded images or videos, messages, and any other content contributed by users.

When submitting User Content, you agree that the content will be truthful, respectful, lawful, and based on your genuine experience. You must not submit misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful material, nor content that violates intellectual property rights or the privacy of others.
4. Licensing of User Content
By submitting User Content, you grant GymsAdvisor Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute such content on the Platform and in related marketing materials. You retain ownership of your content, subject to this licence.
5. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, edit, restrict, or remove User Content at our discretion, particularly where such content breaches this Policy, applicable law, or our platform standards. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Prohibited Content
Prohibited content includes spam, fake or fraudulent reviews, misleading ratings, advertising unrelated to genuine gym experiences, harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal activities, or any content that breaches GymsAdvisor policies.
7. Reporting Violations
Users may report content believed to violate this Policy using the reporting tools available on the Platform or by emailing us.
8. Disclaimers
GymsAdvisor Ltd does not verify User Content before publication. Opinions expressed by users are their own and do not reflect our views. Interactions between gym owners and users occur at their own risk, and we accept no liability for disputes arising from User Content.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
